Florida Georgia Line singer Tyler Hubbard and his wife have a son on the way, and the couple have revealed the name they have chosen for their second child, as well as its special meaning.

Hubbard and his wife, Hayley, celebrated the upcoming birth with a party on Saturday (June 1), and the couple revealed that they are naming their son Luca Reed.

“Luca is a name we loved and it means ‘bringer of light,’ ” Hayley tells People. “It also reminds us of Italy, which is one of our happy places!”

The boy's middle name derives from his famous father.

“Reed is Tyler’s middle name, and we wanted Luca to have a little piece of Tyler in his name," Hayley explains.

The couple married in July of 2015 and welcomed their first child, daughter Olivia Rose, in December of 2017. They announced that they were expecting their second child in February of 2019, sharing a picture of their daughter in the snow next to a sign reading,  "Only child expiring Aug. 19, 2019. I'm going to be a big sister!"

Hubbard is looking forward to being a father of two.

“Having one kid’s amazing and I know having two is going to be just as amazing, as well — even better, I guess," he said in a recent interview. "But I think it’s one of those things you don’t really know how it’s gonna play out until it’s playing out.”

“I know we have an extra bunk on the bus for another baby, so we’ll just roll with it and see what happens. We’ve done it once and it’s only been a year, so I think we’re kind of in our groove a little bit," he adds. "Hopefully, it’ll make it easier than waiting too long to have another one. We’re still in diapers with one, so hopefully, it’ll just transition right into the next one.”
