Spirit Halloween is a seasonal store that opens around the season of ghosts and goblins. Every year they change locations and this location is near K-Mart on 38th street.

Wally's Party Factory contains a small selection of adult costumes. The kid costume selections is a little bigger, but this store mainly holds accessories for costumes. JoAnn's has an extremely small selection of costumes. However, this store plenty has materials and supplies needed to create your own costume. The possibilities are endless when left to your imagination.
