How do you Like your Steaks Grilled Oklahoma?

Summer's here and you know what that means!  Time to get the grill out and cook some meat!  How do you like your steak cooked?

Survey Says!

According to a new survey, Oklahoma is one of 4 states that prefer their steaks cooked well done.  I, for one, disagree.  Make mine Medium Rare.

Independence Day is one of the Largest Grilling Days

Grilling season is upon us, and with the 4th of July Monday Holiday just a little over a week away, there are some quirks about grilling that you may not know.  For instance, even though we think of burgers and dogs on holiday weekends; Steak is the preferred meat to be grilled, followed by Burgers, then Chicken, Ribs, Brats, then finally Hotdogs.  They even included Pineapple on the list!  Wait a minute...that's not a bad idea. (Making mental note of that now!)

For those self-professed grill masters, you already know that cooking on the grill gives you not only the most delicious meal but a way to cook not only for yourself and your family but for others that may be visiting.  It's a quick and easy clean up too.  It's not a wonder that it is a top choice for cooking in the summer.

Oh, and just in case you are wondering if there is a contest between Hamburgers and Hotdogs...
