Texas Roadhouse Relocates To New Building In Lawton

Our questions have finally been answered, Lawton!

The good news is: Texas Roadhouse is introducing a different location, just built and brand new. Unfortunately, though, they won't be adding the new location as a second spot; instead, they will be moving everything to the new building.

There will still only be one Texas Roadhouse location in Lawton, but at least it will have a fresh, new look.

The current Texas Roadhouse location is closing their doors on Monday, Sept. 22.

Starting on September 22, the Texas Roadhouse crew will be busy moving in to the new location at 2512 NW Cache Rd. in between Luigi's and Golden Corral on Cache Road.

They are finishing up the last touches of construction now, as of writing this post. Today, Sept. 18, they look to be completing the last layers of asphalt on the parking lot areas.

As much as we wish that they would keep both locations open, that doesn't seem to be the case. However, this new location was rumored to be the largest in the state once it was completed, with a much larger area for parking.

Lawton's community pleasantly surprised at the news of new location's quick opening.

Many are surpised that construction for the new location moved so quickly, saying things like:

"I didn't think this would be ready until mid October."
"Dang, they're already done?"
"Yay! Exciting!"

But now that they're almost finished, they're also looking for more employees to prepare for their new opening day on Thursday, September 25 at 3 p.m.
