Lubbock’s Mugshot Monday: 72 People Still In Police Custody
Happy February because we are back to the same old 'mugshot grind' after I was recently sick for over a month and a half. The respiratory illnesses got me twice back to back but it's ok because I can breathe clearly now, as long as there are no stairs in sight. No thanks exercise.
Body...
While we focus on exercise for a bit one big time sports star took to social media to voice how he was portrayed in his hit Netflix show. That's right Patrick Mahomes was not happy with how his body looked on camera while in the locker room but hey many of us thought he looked great rocking that dad bod. While Mahomes was worried about his physical body one little red monster wanted to know how everyone was doing mentally.
...and Mind
Elmo from Sesame Street took to ask online how everyone was doing and a firestorm of emotions came flooding in with people voicing their true feelings and it was very sad to see a lot of people were tired and just struggling. I feel like one way to get some of those emotions out is through exerting that energy but in a safe environment, like roller derby. Roller derby is just one of those things that I feel everyone should try and Lubbock needs it's own junior league because it's basically a kids dream sport!
