Kacey Musgraves Helped Set a New Guinness World Record
Kacey Musgraves helped set a new Guinness World Record, but not with her music. The Grammy-winning country music star and Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville have earned a Guinness World Record for the world's largest display of coloring pages.
The honor was awarded to Musgraves and the CMHOF on Tuesday, Oct. 22, which was also National Color Day. A 500-pound display of 1,550 coloring pages in the shape of a rainbow now sits at the Hall of Fame. The pages are individually colored with the colors of the rainbow, as well, which suits Musgraves' brand — they were contributed by people in more than 30 states, per to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum's official Instagram.
The display is part of the Kacey Musgraves: All of the Colors exhibit in the museum's Mike Curb Conservatory. Musgraves was there to accept the award alongside CMHOF CEO Kyle Young. "Thank you to everyone who sent in pages or came to color with us! The record belongs to you, too," the CMHOF says via Instagram.
