Kevin James and Bernie the Gorilla Argue on ‘The Tonight Show’ [VIDEO]

As a way to promote his new movie 'Zookeeper,' Kevin James appeared on Thursday's 'Tonight Show' with one of the characters from the movie, a gigantic, talking gorilla named Bernie, who's voiced by Nick Nolte.

Almost immediately, the two began to fight like an old married couple, and Bernie took a potshot at James for his behavior on the set of the movie. "You know he hired a guy whose only job is to bring him smoothies all day long?" said the gorilla.

"Bernie can't handle the fact that I gave him his big break and I put him in this movie," said James.

"Big break? Perhaps you've never seen a little movie called 'Gorillas in the Mist'?" Bernie replied.
