Hillary Scott escaped unharmed from a fire that swept one of Lady Antebellum's tour buses on April 16, 2015, but she's not the only one who escaped unscathed. Remarkably, Scott's Bible that she travels with escaped a wall of flames that consumed the entire section of the bus it was sitting in.

The Lady Antebellum singer, her husband Chris Tyrrell, her tour manager and driver were traveling from Nashville to Dallas to attend the 2015 ACM Awards. They were headed westbound on I-30 in Garland, Texas, when the bus blew a tire and subsequently caught fire. She turned to social media to announce that everyone was unharmed.

"Hey guys, we had a crazy morning on the way to Dallas today. Our bus tire caught on fire and we had to evacuate very quickly," she wrote, adding, "EVERYONE IS SAFE AND SOUND. It was me, my husband, our tour manager, and driver. Thanking God for our safety and the safety of all of those who helped put this fire out and keep us safe. Love you all!!!!"

Scott later revealed she was asleep in the back of the bus when the fire started, and the compartment she'd been sleeping in that contained all of her personal belongings burned completely after she got to safety. She shared to social media the next day that only her Bible remained intact.

"The outside cover was burned and messed up but NOT ONE PAGE was missing," Scott wrote.

"Yall (sic), God's Word will always stand. He is FOR YOU, WILL PROTECT YOU, AND HIS LOVE FOR YOU WILL NEVER FADE," she added. "My faith is forever deepened because of today. I hope this story deepens yours."
