The holidays have arrived in Lawton Fort Sill! The lights are up in Elmer Thomas Park for Holiday In the Park. All we're waiting for is the on switch to flipped during this weekend's Christmas parade!

Holiday In the Park is Lawton's premiere light display. Visitors can walk or drive through hundreds of holiday displays made up of thousands of twinkling lights! Holiday In the Park also offers various activities in Elmer Thomas Park, like a Kris Kringle Market and ice skating.

The annual Christmas parade and 5K will kickoff Lawton's Holiday In the Park.

Holiday In the Park will kickoff Saturday, November 22 with a Christmas parade and 5K. The Frost Your Fanny 5K start at 5 p.m. right before the Christmas parade and the grand opening of Holiday In the Park.

The Christmas parade will start at 6:30 p.m. and will lineup at Central Plaza before making its way down 2nd Street and through Elmer Thomas Park. This year's theme is Island of Misfit Toys, and yours truly will be an emcee for the parade alongside Monte Brown!

Food trucks will be onsite for Holiday In the Park's opening night.

Along with the 5K, parade and hundreds of light displays, Holiday In the Park will also have various local food trucks on site for attendees to enjoy! It will be a great night to kickoff the holidays in Lawton Fort Sill.

Holiday In the Park will also offer live performances.
