I'm not a big tea drinker, but my husband and just about everyone else in Lawton loves them some brown water. So the anticipated opening of the Lawton HTeaO location is felt by a good majority of Lawtonians!

HTeaO started in Texas in 2009, and of course, has tones of locations across Texas. So far, HTeaO's open Oklahoma locations include Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman, Midwest City, Yukon and Ardmore. And coming soon to these cities in Oklahoma: Shawnee, Mustang, Chickasha, Duncan, Stillwater, Lawton and Bartlesville.

And it doesn't take much to figure out what they sell: it's tea. Regular tea. Sweet tea. Flavored tea. You name it. The even have lemonade for those non-tea drinkers like me, or those who love an Arnold Palmer!

The Lawton HTeaO location is currently under construction at 3323 NW Cache Road, near Jimmy John's on Cache Road. Earlier in September, HTeaO launched the Facebook and Instagram pages for its Lawton location. Neither of these pages have announced an opening date, but we're thinking it might be open before the end of year.

So if you're a tea drinker, be sure to follow those social media pages for updates. Also, we'll be sure to update this article here on the KLAW website once we get word of the opening date. Who knows, they may have something this non-tea drinker may like!

We all know Guy Fieri is the self-proclaimed Mayor of Flavortown, and as such, we generally trust his discerning palate to guide us to the best food any place has to offer.
