See Oklahoma’s Premiere Rodeo This Weekend in Lawton, Oklahoma

It's the time of year again in Lawton, Oklahoma! The annual Lawton Rangers Rodeo will take place August 7-10 at the LO Ranch Arena for the 86th annual rodeo.

The annual Lawton Rangers Rodeo is "the largest Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association rodeo in Oklahoma, and ranked as one of the top 50 in the U.S." The rodeo sees nearly 50,000 people each year and has "more than 400 highly skilled cowboys and cowgirls from across the country compete in barrel racing, team roping, steer wrestling, and other exciting events."

Every night of the rodeo, the Lawton Rangers have special themes and entry deals. Here's what you can expect this year:

• Wednesday, August 7 - $10 Carload - Everyone in the car gets in the rodeo for just $10!
• Thursday, August 8 - Throwback Thursday/Pink Night - One ticket gets four people in the rodeo!
• Friday, August 9 - Military Night - Be sure to wear your red, white and blue to support our troops!
• Saturday, August 10 - The Grand Finale - See who's the winner at the grand finale at the Lawton Rangers Rodeo!
