Last year's Arbor Day Tree Giveaway was rescheduled due to historic rains in Lawton.

Once again I'll be on site at the Arbor Day Tree Giveaway at Naturescape Nursery, and one thing I'll definitely be doing this week is watching the weather forecast! Last year, while I was getting ready to set up for my live remote at Naturescape, it started flooding all throughout the nursery, and the event had to be rescheduled.

As of Monday, April 20, the National Weather Service in Norman is expecting a 30 percent chance for rain and storms Saturday. Let's hope it's not a repeat of last year!
