Lynyrd Skynyrd have announced a string of 2020 dates for their final road trek, the Last of the Street Survivors Farewell Tour. The legendary southern rockers will hit the road in 2020 for concert dates that begin in March and run through August.

Lynyrd Skynyrd announced their farewell tour in January of 2018, and it continued with more dates in 2019.

"We’ve said we want to play every venue and market we've ever visited around the world one last time and even some places we haven’t, so we get to see all of Skynyrd Nation," lead singer Johnny Van Zant says in a press release. "We are getting close!"

The 2020 dates will find guitarist and founding member Gary Rossington joining Van Zant, Rickey Medlocke, Mark “Sparky” Matejka, Michael Cartellone, Keith Christopher, Peter Keys, Dale Krantz Rossington, Carol Chase and special guest Jim Horn on the road to celebrate the legacy of the iconic band. Skynyrd have had a profound impact not only on rock music, but on several generations of country musicians over the decades with songs including "Free Bird," “Simple Man,” “Gimme Three Steps,” “What’s Your Name,” “Call Me the Breeze," "Sweet Home Alabama" and more. Country acts Travis Tritt and Eli Young Band will join the band as support acts on select dates.

The farewell tour takes its name from Skynyrd's 2018 song "The Last of the Street Survivors," as well as the band’s classic fifth studio album, Street Survivors.
