Oklahomans are no stranger to good coffee. The state practically survived on coffee during the early days of settlers and ranchers. Most Okies were born with cowboy coffee in their blood. And one coffee trailer in Fairview, Oklahoma, likes to mix things up with good coffee and Oklahoma's cowboy heritage.

If you've never heard of cowboy coffee, it's considered one of the smoothest cups of coffee and it's often made at the back of a chuck wagon. Cowboy coffee was intended to keep cowboys energized and hydrated on cattle drives.

Although most coffee in Oklahoma today is served out of coffee shops by local and national coffee houses, there's one barista that's still serving coffee out of a trailer.

Millie Coffee is a mobile coffee trailer that parks itself in Fairview, Oklahoma. The owner, Millie, moved to Oklahoma a few years ago and since then, they have become a staple in the Fairview community. Thanks to small town Oklahoma, she's better known around town town as "the coffee lady."

@milliecoffeeok It’s okay you can call me “the coffee lady”😇☕️ #smalltown #oklahoma #coffeeshop #microinfluencer ♬ original sound - Glee on TikTok

On her TikTok page, @milliecoffeeok, she posted a video about how she moved from Arizona to the small town of Fairview, Oklahoma. She grew up in a small town in Alaska before her family moved to Phoenix, Arizona. This turned out not to be the best place for them and they missed being in a small town. So her family moved to Fairview, Oklahoma, and she came along, but only for a limited time, until she decided to open her coffee trailer.

@milliecoffeeok Replying to @KVWellnessOK For those who are curious, here’s why i moved to Oklahoma story time! Plus how i started my coffee shop at 20!!!#greenscreen #oklahoma #storytime #smalltown #arizona ♬ original sound - milliecoffeeok

Millie Coffee has been open for almost two years now, and Okies can support this new Okie by visiting the coffee trailer in Fairview! And they can give Millie Coffee a follow on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
