Nitty Gritty Dirt Band ‘Dance Little Jean’ KLAW Classic [VIDEO]

Today's KLAW Classic comes in a round about way.  We are celebrating a birthday of John McEuen who is 67 years old today. John replaced Jackson Brown in the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.  The band scored 15 top ten hits, including 3 #1s in their career.  Today's Classic hit #9 on the charts in 1983.  It was written by band member Jimmy Ibbotson as a way to try to get back together with his ex-wife.  They had a daughter named Jean, who liked to dance when Dad played the guitar...and the rest, well, you'll have to listen to the song!  Here's your KLAW Classic, 'Dance Little Jean'.
