Reba McEntire Has Found Love in Skeeter Lasuzzo — They Even Coordinate Outfits!

Reba McEntire is confidently in love with boyfriend Anthony Lasuzzo, and she says it happened when she least expected it.

The singer met Lasuzzo, who goes by the name "Skeeter," two years after her divorce from her husband of 26 years, Narvel Blackstock. McEntire was on a trip to Jackson Hole, Wy., with a friend she met through Kix Brooks, and she was just looking to have a good time and relax. She certainly wasn't looking to date.

"I was not looking. Not even interested," the superstar tells People of her mentality at the time.

She and Lasuzzo, a wildlife photographer, hit it off during the trip and slowly began dating, with McEntire frequently visiting Lasuzzo at his homes in Jackson Hole and Pottsboro, Texas — only an hour-and-a-half drive from her family in Oklahoma.

"We do a lot of walking. He lives right there on the lake [Texoma], got a beautiful home. And then when we go to Jackson Hole, we snowshoe and walk and get into nature," she explains of the fun things she and Skeeter do together.

McEntire first introducer her man to the public eye in 2018, on the Grammy Awards red carpet.

While the couple finds sanctuary in nature, Lasuzzo is also sympathetic to McEntire's hectic lifestyle in the spotlight, accompanying her to such major events, like the Grammys and the Kennedy Center Honors. He was also by her side at the 2019 ACM Awards, which McEntire hosted.

They're so in sync now, they even dress to complement one another, McEntire says.

"We like to color coordinate a little bit, to where we don't clash," she admits. "We’re totally in love — absolutely. I wouldn’t put up with somebody for two years if I wasn’t in love with ’em!"

In addition to hosting, McEntire performed her new song, "Freedom," at Sunday's ACM Awards. The song is about a woman who's had bad luck in love and is starting fresh.
