It's been over a year since Rodney Whaley has been in for a Live and Local segment. He's taken some time to just play and write new music and just work on his craft. During that time, he has met a couple Zach and Sarah Holliday, or, 'Just Strangers' ,and they've become friends and partners in this crazy world of music.
