Songwriter Rhett Akins and His Son Thomas Rhett Perform the Hit ‘Boys Round Here’ with a Humorous Twist

Blake Shelton has performed his hit song 'Boys Round Here' and turned it into what some would call the Redneck Anthem, but did you know that the song is authored by a trio of hit songwriters?

Craig Wiseman (“Live Like You Were Dying,” “Hillbilly Bone”), Rhett Akins (“Honey Bee,” “I Can Take It From There”) and Dallas Davidson (“Rain Is a Good Thing,” “The One That Got Away”) collaborated to accomplish a BIG HIT with the country music crowd.
