It is common knowledge that Will Hoge can write superb songs. He's got his 2012 Academy of Country Music (ACM), Country Music Association (CMA) and Grammy nominations for Best Country Song for "Even If It Breaks Your Heart," plus his national "Strong" 2014 Silverado pickup truck ad campaign to prove it (see above)...

This week history was made here in Texas, as Sunny Sweeney took "My Bed" to the top of the Texas charts. You may recall "Bad Girl Phase," too, went to the top towards the end of 2014. This marks the first time a female singer has had two consecutive No. 1's in Texas. Congrats, Sunny! If you haven't gotten your hands on her album "Provoked" yet, do.
