If you think politicians are nothing but liars who'll say whatever they need to in order to get elected, well, you might be onto something.

You might also be very amused by this commercial for fake Kentucky Senate candidate Gil Fulbright.

While the spot is most definitely phony, the message is all too real and pokes fun at politicians and their real motives for being in office.

And while Fulbright isn't a real candidate, there's an honest-to-goodness effort to get his commercials on TV.

Who knows, maybe one day we really can get a guy like this into office.
