It's Unsigned/Indy Artist Thursday and today our focus is on a young singer from Sebring, FL, who's sound is even more impressive when you learn that she is just 14 years old.

Caitlyn Sinness was discovered and signed by Playback Records executive Jack Gale when she entered a local "Idol" contest at the ripe old age of 12, and Caitlyn was whisked off to Nashville to record her first CD with Gale and his partner Jim Pierce. The CD, I'm Up, featured 10 songs that showcased her incredible vocal talent. Caitlyn sites Carrie Underwood as her biggest influence, and it is evident in her range and vocal style.

Caitlyn is a relative unknown in the country music world, but what is known is that she has an incredible talent, just waiting to break onto the scene. She is currently working on new material, and the first fruit from that tree is in our spotlight today. Caitlyn Sinness and "It's Workin'" is today's Unsigned/Indy Artist Thursday Catch of the Day; new music you haven't heard, but you'll want to hear it again.
