Today's catch of the day comes to us from the land down under, the land of kangaroos, the land of wallabees and the land of baby eating dingos. Well, not really, it comes from Nashville.

Keith Urban was born in New Zealand, raised in Australia and now calls Nashville, TN home. Keith immigrated to the States and began working first as a session guitarist and then as the lead singer and guitarist in The Ranch, a country/rock band that worked with acts like the Dixie Chicks. Urban went solo in 1999, releasing his debut album, a self-titled project the same year, producing a number one single, "But For The Grace Of God". His second album, 2002's Golden Road, produced three #1 singles, including "You'll Think of Me" which was named the biggest country hit of the decade by Billboard Magazine.

In the meantime, Urban has conquered demons, married the princess (fellow Australian Nicole Kidman) and raised daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. He has starred on the Australian version of The Voice, as well as on American Idol, which is preparing to enter its 15th and final season. He has also released a line of signature guitars through Home Shopping Network, having sold over 42,000 guitars to date.

6 albums, 10 #1 singles later, 2 TV shows and 42,000 guitars later, Urban is back in the studio working on a follow up to his platinum 2013 album Fuse. Today he released the first single from that as yet unnamed project and we have it for you in the spotlight. Your Catch of the Day today is Keith Urban and "John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16" new music you haven't heard, but you'll want to hear it again.
