Today we turn our focus to a pair of sisters from the Northeast who have travelled a different road than most to Nashville, but their path has landed them on Music Row magazine's 'Country Breakout' chart with their first three singles.

Born and raised in a small farm town in Connecticut, sisters Presley & Taylor began performing, first in their home town and then around New England, at young ages. Now at the ripe old ages of 17 & 18, they find themselves on the Nashville radar after landing their first three singles on Nashville's Music magazine's Row 'Country Breakout' chart, a great accomplishment for any up-and-coming indy artist. The pair has opened for established country artists, including Martina McBride, and has performed at several venues in the heart of Music City, including the stage of the Grand Ole Opry.

The duo's harmonies give them a sound unlike any other currently in Nashville. Recently signed to SMG Records Nashville, the sisters are currently working with songwriters Skip Ewing (Reba McEntire, Kenny Chesney), Amanda Williams (Garth Brooks, Reba) and Donny Kees and Monty Holmes (George Strait), while continuing to perform in Nashville and throughout New England. Presley just completed her freshman year in college, Taylor her junior year in high school.

We have the latest single from the sisters in our spotlight today. Presley & Taylor, with "My Hometown" is today's Catch of the Day, new music you haven't heard, but you'll want to hear it again.
