Today the spotlight falls on a young artist from Sugar Land, TX, whose traditional vocal style, dynamic vocals and modern twist bring a breath of fresh air to Country music.

Rachel Turner grew up listening to the artists that define her style: Martina McBride, Jo Dee Messina, Shania Twain, and Faith Hill; female artists who empowered their fans to share their strength. Turner signed with indy label Rustic Records in 2012, releasing her debut single "Meet Me In The Middle" in February of 2014. She followed it in 2015 with the release of "Matches and Moonshine".

While a fresh face to Nashville, Rachel Turner is no stranger to performing. The dynamic female vocalist has over 12 years of singing experience, beginning with her first solo performance at the ripe age of 11. Continuing to sing and perform throughout her teen years, Rachael decided to take her experience and talents to Belmont University after graduating high school. It was there that she harnessed her skills with degrees in vocal performance and music business and made the decision to pursue not only music, but country music.
