George Strait ‘You Can’t Make a Heart Love Somebody’ KLAW Classic [VIDEO]

Is there ever too much George Strait?  I think not!  Today's KLAW Classic comes from this day in 1995.  The song  is about a man who proposes to his girlfriend, but she rejects it. In a play on the cliche, "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink," the woman tearfully explains that -- despite her best efforts -- she is simply not in love with her boyfriend ("You can lead a heart to love, but you can't make him fall").

The video comes from a 1996 performance at the Houston LIvestock Show and Rodeo.  George Strait makes a stop at the 2013 Houston LIvestock Show and Rodeo this weekend.  It's part of the Cowboy Rides Away Tour.
