Johnny Lee ‘Looking For Love’ KLAW Classic [VIDEO]

‘Looking For Love’ had a hard time finding an artist to sing it!  The song was pitched around Nashville, but no one wanted to record it.  It was sent to Johnny Lee in a box of songs to be chosen as the one he would sing on the sound track of the movie ‘Urban Cowboy’.  The songwriters were told that it wouldn’t be released as a single, and not to expect it.  However, the popularity of the song in the film, and the fact that the “Urban Cowboy’ star, John Travolta liked the song, it has become synonymous with the movie.

Here just a snip of Eddie Murphy’s ‘Buckwheat’ impersonation of ‘Wookin Pa Nub’.  It’s a KLAW Classic Added Bonus!
