The summer has officially began which means for the next four months we will battle humidity and weather that gets 105 degree and up. And though lounging by the pool sounds cool – planning a family trip to the OKC White Water Bay Park sounds even better + they have new kid attractions that are worth the drive!

White Water Bay is the largest water park in Oklahoma that has over 30 water slides, rides, pools, and everything in between.  If you are not afraid of heights, the amusement park has a 277-foot long speed ride called the Mega Wedgie that features a 64 free fall in the water below.

But if you are not ready for the Mega Wedgie, btw we can’t blame you – it looks too scary for us, you should try the Pirate Plunge which is a tube flume slide that takes riders through a dark tunnel and shoots them out in the cool pool water.

The park also offers many attractions for your children. While you are there check out the kids’ favorite Kid’s Kove. At the Kove both kids and parents can enjoy character rides, and a submarine to climb.

White Water Bay is located just off I-40 in Oklahoma City. The park also has many restaurants if you wish to explore the area after your water adventure.

You can get the double park season pass that will get you in both White Water Bay and Frontier City all summer long for $69.99 + tax. Check out the White Water Bay website for more ticket information and ticket discount.

Send us your water park adventure pictures and we will add them to the post!
