"Lonely Tonight" was written by Brent Anderson and Ryan Hurd and recorded by Blake Shelton, featuring country singer and Pistol Annies member Ashley Monroe. It was recorded for Blake's eighth studio album, Bringing Back the Sunshine (2014), and was released to country radio in fall 2014 as the album's second single.

"Drinking Class" was released in September 2014 as the second single from Lee Brice's third studio album, I Don't Dance. The song was written by Josh Kear, David Frasier and Ed Hill.

On Saturday, David and I had to get some cement for our fence project. He came in and asked if I wanted to go into town with him and he would buy me a burger at Sonic. Well, of course I jumped at the chance to ride "shotgun" with him. I love to ride shotgun while we drive the back roads into town.

The Band Perry‘s cover of ‘Gentle on My Mind’ is a touching tribute to the original singer, Glen Campbell. It’s only fitting that the song would get a video just as beautiful as the song  itself.

I am going to try to feature some of my favorite country artists singing Christmas songs. I saw this video of Kenny Chesney singing his song "Christmas in Blue Chair Bay" and I want to be there for Christmas too! Who needs a white Christmas? I prefer sand!
