Taylor Swift Continues to Amaze The Recording Industry

Once again, Taylor Swift is already a winner before the opening segment of the CMA's.The industry award known as the Pinnacle Award will be bestowed upon her Wednesday during the 47th Annual CMA Awards in Nashville. This is a recognition to a country artist that has achieved global success unique to country music.

Garth Brooks also received the award in 2005. But this will only be the second time it has been awarded to a country musician. Noteworthy in all categories, she is also lined up for 6 other award including Entertainer of the Year. So, it could be a long evening for Swift. She is also scheduled to perform during the live broadcast.
