Alcoholics, Rejoice — The 1,000-Pack of Beer Has Arrived
There's buying in bulk and then there's this.
The Finnish brewer Keisari has unveiled the very necessary 1,000-pack of beer (and you thought Germany was the European nation most in tune with beer) that sells for a little more than $2,300. Actually, for packaging purposes, there are a total of 1,080 cans
It's all pretty amazing and great if you're, say, a liquor store, a frat house or Nicolas Cage in Leaving Las Vegas, but there is one very important order of business that is not addressed: how exactly are you supposed to get this out of the store? Most people don't take their forklift when running errands, so that's a bit of a mystery.
That doesn't seem to be an issue for stores, though: several supermarkets have already started selling the beer.
