What To Expect At Lawton's Heroes Of America July 4th Event

This Saturday is July 4, and Apache Casino Hotel in Lawton will celebrate America's 250 anniversary with the annual Heroes of America Fireworks Show! During the celebration, the Apache Casino Hotel will also have entertainment and activities for the whole family.

Last weekend, Lawton residents started off celebrating Independence Day with the Lawton Fort Sill Freedom Festival on Fort Sill. Now this weekend, Lawton citizens can continue the celebration on Independence Day with Apache Casino Hotel's annual Heroes of America Fireworks Show.

Apache Casino Hotel's Heroes of America Fireworks Show will start its entertainment and activities at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 4.

Before the fireworks show, the Apache Casino Hotel will host entertainment and activities starting at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Festival Field, which is located east of the casino/hotel. Below are all of the outdoor entertainment and activities visitors can experience this Saturday:

The Apache Casino Hotel will provide a variety of music throughout the day and evening. I've seen some great live local bands during this event!
Various food trucks will also be on site, providing guests with a range of options, including Mediterranean, Mexican, Asian, Polynesian, sweet and frozen treats, beverages, and more.
A Beer Tent will be on site for guests ages 21 and older with a valid ID.
A Kids Zone will be available as a dedicated area, featuring inflatables and bounce houses. Kids can enjoy this area with the purchase of a $15 wristband. Below are the inflatables kids can expect. Inflatables are subject to change.

A mechanical bull will also be available for $6 for two rides. The mechanical bull is not included with Kids Zone wristbands.

The Apache Casino Hotel will also have free parking for the Heroes of America Fireworks Show in the casino/hotel's main parking lot and on the east side of the Apache Convenience Store off Gore Boulevard, near the casino. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early for optimal parking.

The Apache Casino Hotel will enforce various safety guidelines for the Heroes of America Fireworks Show.

For the Heroes of America Event and Fireworks Show, the Apache Casino Hotel will enforce the following safety guidelines:

NO personal fireworks
NO smoking, vaping, or tobacco products
NO outside food or drink
NO weapons of any kind
NO pets, except for trained service animals
