An iconic southern fast food chain is planning to open two locations in Oklahoma. These will be the first locations in the state, and both will be located in Oklahoma City. One location in northern Oklahoma City is set to open later this year, and as of July 9, there is not an opening date set for the location in southern Oklahoma City.

Bojangles specializes in southern fried chicken and was founded in 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since then, Bojangles has become synonymous with southern cuisine, mostly known for its southern fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits.

Bojangles has several locations in the southern United States, plus Colorado and California. The two locations opening in Oklahoma City will be the first Bojangles in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma's Best Gas Station Chains

Depending on where you are in Oklahoma, there are gas station chains specific to that area. For the most part, they all have their own niche and stay to their respective boundaries. Some are better than others, some are absolutely loathed.
