Boots & Bling Ball

Amy Halbrook and Amber McNeil we're recently in the K-LAW 101 studio to tell us about the upcoming Boots & Bling Ball. Auction items are needed!

Auction items are needed for the upcoming 2nd Annual Comanche County Boots & Bling Ball benefiting the American Cancer Society. The event will be held Saturday, April 2nd at the Great Plains Coliseum Annex. Cocktails will be served beginning at 6:30pm with dinner and entertainment to begin at 7pm.

Volunteers are currently soliciting items for the live and silent auctions to be held during the fund-raising event. So far, local businesses have donated items such as an antique baby grand piano which is valued at more than $6,000, gift certificates, vacations and more. All proceeds from the event go to the American Cancer Society.

The Comanche County Boots & Bling Ball benefiting the American Cancer Society is a gala event with a western flair. This event includes dinner, live music from The Penni Lawrence Band, live auctions, games and more. The auctions offer an array of treasures including sports memorabilia and extravagant getaways. Boots & Bling is a fun and unique way for the people of Comanche County to work together in the fight against cancer. Each and every contribution helps fund the battle against cancer by supporting the Society's research, education, and advocacy programs, as well as its patient services.
