Just by listening to Dirt On Us, the debut album from Drew Baldridge, you can tell right away that the path you're headed down is a little different from all the rest. Whether its the horn section, popping bass beat or driving guitar, Baldridge and his band deliver power and depth, melding soul, classic country and southern rock into a commanding performance.

Baldridge's path got it early push the first time he heard Alabama perform "Born Country" when he was just 5. By the age of 12 he had become a talented performer, he and a friend were performing their rendition of "Grease Lightening" for fans at the local dirt track races. While sports was primarily for Drew, jut like almost every other teen age boy, music was never far from his mind, as he would often sing the national anthem before his own games.

Always a great story teller, Baldridge moved to Nashville in 2010 at the age of 19, signing his first publishing deal with THiS Music in 2013. He began writing with a debut album in mind, stockpiling songs until signing with Cold River Records in 2014, who immediately send him out on national radio tour. His debut single, "Dance With Ya" was already playing on satellite radio, and he hit the road before evening signing his first record contract. While crossing 48 states, Drew honed his writing style, refining the songs he had stockpiled, taking 5 years of writing and whittling it down to 13 songs to take into the studio, which would result in his debut album Dirt On Us, which was released in 2015.
