Today we turn our attention to an up-and-coming artist who brings together several different musical styles, blending classic country, southern rock and rhythm and blues into an interesting mix that is sure to catch your ear. And if the name is familiar, well he can thank his older brother for that.

Lewis Brice was and raised in Sumter, South Carolina along with older brother Lee, and grew up singing in church choirs and praise bands. He moved to Charleston, SC after high school and began performing in front of crowds, presenting his music anywhere they would allow him to set up and play. In 2010 he snuck his way onto the iTunes chart, peaking at #67 with "Ordinary Girl" a song he co-wrote with Dallas Rogers, also appearing on the short lived TV series Can You Duet, finishing in 8th place out of thousands of hopefuls who auditioned for the program.

After the series he moved to Nashville to concentrate on his songwriting, but also found opportunities to open for his brother Lee, Chase Rice, Randy Houser and others, as well as appearing in Lee's 2014 video for "I Drive Your Truck". He has continued is songwriting, and has developed a distinct, storytelling style to his songs, some of which have made their way to his recently released self-titled debut EP.
