Real-life cowboy and country up-and-comer Chancey Williams is debuting the music video for his new song “Rodeo Cold Beer” exclusively for readers of The Boot. Press play above to watch.

Written by Williams and Trent Willmon -- who is famous for his work with Brad Paisley, Little Big Town and more country hitmakers -- “Rodeo Cold Beer” is packed with inspiration from Williams’ experiences as a champion saddle bronc rider. Not surprisingly, the video for the song features Williams in his element, driving down the highway on a tour bus, singing in an old barn and performing to a crowd of fans.

“I’ve been living on rodeo, cold beer and old Copenhagen,” Williams sings in the chorus of "Rodeo Cold Beer." “I’ve traded my soul for some blacktop and white painted lines / Livin’ this way, well, I may never make it to heaven / But, boys, if we’re lucky, we’ll be in Wyoming tonight.”

"Rodeo Cold Beer" is the title track of Chancey Wiliams and the Younger Brothers Band’s sophomore album, released in May. It's the follow-up project to their debut album, Echo, which was released in 2013 and spent time on Billboard's Heatseekers chart. The band's 2015 single “Down With That” earned them Song of the Year in 2016 from the Rocky Mountain CMA.

Williams and the Younger Brothers Band have spent time on the road touring with legends such as Merle Haggard and Dwight Yoakam and with newer acts such as Miranda Lambert, Lady Antebellum and Eric Church. As a bronc rider, Williams has won the National High School Rodeo Finals and the College National Finals; he's also both performed and ridden at Cheyenne Frontier Days, making him the only person since Chris LeDoux to do so.
