Check Out The Cheapest House You Can Buy In Lawton
I think it's normal human behavior for each individual to generalize a majority tendency based on what they, themselves, would do in any given situation. It's like when someone says something and you instantly assume most people would respond the same way you would.
Example: I like handyman projects so I would look at a janky rundown house and think "Wow, there's a lot of potential there." Since I can see it, I would naturally assume anyone else could too, err go, what dude hasn't had a dream to completely renovate a home at some point in his lifetime?
Can you follow that clearly enough?
Sometimes when I'm bored I like to look at real estate listings around the country. I like to see the hundred-million-dollar apartments in New York City as much as I like to check out the $10,000 cabins in rural Wyoming. Every place has its own charm I suppose.
Today I spent my lunch looking at the available properties in Lawton and found a diamond in the rough listed as the cheapest home on the market here in town.
Fair Warning: You may not see things the same way I do, but I like old stuff. Old homes click the same area of my brain as old tools, and I love old tools. I would have bought an old home like this when I was looking years ago, but they don't hand out FHA loans to new buyers for places like this... still, I can't help but see vintage goodness beyond the mess that is Lawton's cheapest available home.
