Coats for Kids 2021 is going to be GREAT this year in spite of last year’s shut down! Organizers continually focus on expanding the program and offerings to the community. For the 16th annual Coats for Kids drive they are again teaming up with several businesses in Lawton and surrounding areas.  It is the hope of Coats for Kids that more businesses will be able to take part this year and experience first hand the pride you will feel in supporting this cause.

This year, the are soliciting drop off location participants again; as well as asking businesses that would like to take part in this amazing program to help us advertise on  Facebook and company Facebook pages, websites, marquees, and to your customers  by word of mouth. This is in addition to collecting monetary donations or donating new coats, gloves, hats and socks.

It is the mission of Coats for Kids to help provide a warmer winter for children in our community.  Coats for Kids are reaching out to ALL the public schools in Lawton.  In order to meet our mission and provide services in our community, Coats for Kids are  relying once again on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support. Without the assistance of community-minded individuals, they wouldn’t be able to serve those in need in our community each year.

This year the fundraising goal is $20,000, and with everyone’s help Coats for Kids hopes to be able to exceed that goal.  Your generosity makes a difference in our community and to the children in need.

We will continue to update drop off locations as they become available, and to donate cash, you can follow the instructions on the flyer above.

Every donation makes a difference, regardless of size.  Visit Coats for Kids on Facebook, or Call Darlene at 580-248-2600.

Thank you in advance for your support!
