Last night 13 very talented vocalists competed for the title of Comanche Nation Casino Idol.  Congratulations to our first 3 finalists.   Lee Mullen of Norman played his guitar and sang "Cry Lonely" from Cross Canadian Ragweed. Noli Timonio sang the Brian McKnight song "One Last Cry" and Diane Tatum got soulful with the Gladys Knight hit "Neither One of Us".

A good size crowd gathered at the Comanche Nation Casino to watch the first week of the 6 week long competition.  Each week up to 20 contestants will try for one of 3 slots in the final round to be held on June 9th.  The winner of the Comanche Nation Casino Idol competition will receive a $5,000 prize and an opportunity to appear on stage with Triple T recording artist and Oklahoma native Ty England.

If you think you have what it takes to compete, visit the events page and submit your application.   The next round will be held Thursday, May 3rd and we already have a full ticket for that night.  You can still come and watch to see what your competition looks like.  The remaining dates available are May 10, May 17, May 24 and May 31st.
