Country Song Showdown – Lady A vs Keith & Carrie [VIDEO]

Well apparently the old saying "the original is always the best" holds true when it come to country music and the Country Song Showdown. Last week, we pitted two groups whose sound is similar. So similar that even we confuse their music every now and then. But the vote held true and it was the veterans, Rascal Flatts' and their latest video "Yours If You Want It" taking down the youngsters, Dan + Shay and the video for their latest single, "How Not To" by a 2-to-1 margin, taking home 67% of the vote.

This week, we pit a trio that has been making hit music together for close to 10 years, up against a duo that has been making hit music even longer...just not together! After taking most of 2016 off as a trio to work on side project, Lady Antebellum is looking to make a triumphant return to the Country Song Showdown. Their a latest video, "You Look Good", is an effort I believed was a lyric video when it was first released, which is exactly what Lady A was going for.

They will be taking on the very first teaming of two artists who have combined for 7 Grammy Awards, 6 gold or platinum albums, 16 #1 hits and a whole lot of time spent on American Idol. Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood pair up for "The Fighter", entrant #2 in our Country Song Showdown.
