A Burger King in San Francisco had a customer that ordered buffalo chicken strips. Although, the fast food restaurant served him exactly what he asked for, it wasn't what he wanted.

The customer took a bite out of the the chicken strips only to find that they are "spicy" and not "hot." He then attempts to back up his claims with how his order looked nothing like the picture and that buffalo chicken strips normally have a "dark rich brown color."

From the "dark rich brown color" description, it sounds more like barbecue sauce, not buffalo. Unless Burger King is market testing a new hot barbecue sauce at their California locations, but that's highly doubtful.
