It takes nearly 1,200 donors a day to meet the blood needs of patients in our regional hospitals.  Give back to your community in a way that only you can, by giving blood.

All donations for donors 18+ will be tested for COVID-19 antibodies to identify potential convalescent plasma donors.

The Oklahoma Blood Institute has just gone through a renovation and a name change to honor chairman of the board of directors for the OBI, Dr. Richard Boatsman.  The honor of renaming the Donor Center; Oklahoma Blood Institute Richard J. Boatsman, M.D. Center, couldn't have come at a better time either.  It was announced on his 80th Birthday, in October of this year.  With the new name, some changes were made inside as well.  A facelift to the lobby and waiting area including a new reception area, kitchen (snack) area and testing cubicles.
