Guy Pulls Cop Over For Unmarked Vehicle [VIDEO]

Lately, we've seen a lot of stories about cops going "above the law" and abusing authority. Although that maybe true with some of them, not all officers of the law are like that.

In this video, we have a citizen who has identified himself as Gavin Seim and he has pulled over an officer for an unmarked vehicle violation.

The cop in the video appears to be friendly and is actually listening to Seim's concerns about unlawfully operating an unmarked vehicle.

Still, you can't help but watch this video and think that Seim is being a little rude about the situation.
