Hatch Early Mood Food Opens New Location In Lawton

The wait is finally coming to end! Hatch has officially announced the opening date for its new location in Lawton. The brunch spot is set to open on Monday, September 15 on 2nd Street in downtown Lawton.

It was first announced in 2022 that Lawton would be getting a Hatch in the old Charming Charlie's building in the shopping center on 2nd Street in downtown Lawton. Little progress was made over the years, but recently, a lot of construction began taking place at the site and signs went up about hiring at the location.

Now Hatch in Lawton has an official opening date! The brunch restaurant announced via social media that the Hatch in Lawton will finally open on Monday, September 15. Now Lawton residents are one step closer to having a new brunch spot in town!

What is Hatch?

Hatch, officially called Hatch Early Mood Food, is a brunch restaurant from Oklahoma City-based Provisions Concepts. The brunch spot first opened in Automobile Alley in Oklahoma City and now has multiple locations throughout Oklahoma City, Will Rogers Airport, Edmond, Jenks, Stillwater and now Lawton!

In 2022, former owner of Viridian Coffee, Shay Hayes, announced that he would be franchising a Hatch location in Lawton. And since then, Lawton residents have eagerly been awaiting the opening of the brunch spot.
