If you haven't seen the new show on HBO, "Heated Rivalry" is based on the hockey romance series "Game Changers" by Rachel Reid. The show was produced by Crave, a Canadian company, and premiered on HBO in the United States on Nov. 28. There are six episodes in the first season, and the season finale premiered on Christmas Day.

Not long after "Heated Rivalry" got into season one, HBO and Crave announced that the series would return for season two with a potential release in 2026. So until then, fans are looking to fill the hockey romance void by reading the book series or looking for opportunities to watch hockey live.

So if you've already binged the first season of "Heated Rivalry," you have a few options to watch hockey live in Oklahoma, including professional and collegiate.
Oklahoma has one professional hockey team, the Tulsa Oilers, which is part of the ECHL and is affiliated with Anaheim Ducks. The Oklahoma Warriors are Oklahoma's junior team for players ages 17 to 21. The team is part of the North American Hockey League and plays at the Blazers Ice Centre in Oklahoma City.
Oklahoma residents also have the opportunity to watch hockey at the collegiate level at The University of Oklahoma in Norman and at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater.
