The Real Star of New Movie Filmed in Oklahoma Never Made It On Screen

For 40 days, Oklahoma City, Okarche, and other parts of Oklahoma were captured for the filming of the new movie Twisters. Movie stars Glenn Powell, Daisy Edger-Jones, Kiernan Shipka traveled from everywhere to film.

Somehow, the real star of the Twisters movie filming experience never made it on screen - that's because he was too busy holding the "cute" spot on set.

Glen Powell's newest pup, Brisket, came to live with Powell shortly after he realized that his "heart was soft enough to become a father." While on set, he adopted Brisket from the Labelle Foundation. Since then, Brisket has apparently become MORE famous than his dad.

"Out and about in New York City, "there was a girl," Powell recalls, "and Brisket was walking up. And she goes, 'Oh, my God, that looks exactly like Glen Powell's dog.' She didn't even see me." -Glenn Powell

Brisket, also known as the "Lassie of his generation," has gained a ton of social media traction since his debut. He was there on set, cuddling and kissing everyone on set and I'm sure only the clean up crew had anything to say about it (and even they didn't say much).

You may not see Brisket on the big screens in Twisters, but Powell says there are rumors of a Homeward Bound remake that I think we can all agree would be pretty darn adorable with our boy, Brisket.
