Here’s The Perfect Home For Those With 27.5 Million Dollars To Spend
Are you ready to live in the lap of luxury?
It's Unreal
I'm not sure I can even fathom the idea of living in a $27 million dollar home. I think you'd have to spend another fortune just in Roombas to keep the floors clean. There would be so many Roombas that I'm afraid they might team up and plan some sort of uprising (Yes, it the apocalyptic doom by Roomba scenario).
The House
Let's start with the fact that this mansion/estate/too much house is on four acres. The house takes up 31,000 square feet of that space. Just to put that in perspective for you, the average house is less than 2300 square feet. Also, a regulation football field is 57,000 square feet, so, let's just say that this property is 2/3rds the size of a football field.
The Features
Let's get to the amenities. This house has three levels, an indoor trampoline park, two movie theaters, a bowling alley (why do rich people always have bowling alleys?), a nine car garage, a basketball court, and a somewhat weird soundproof/music room. As for the "basics" it has eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms because if your house is that big, you're going to have to stop and relive yourself on the way to the other side.
The Price
The house is on the market and in the news again because the wide fluctuations it's had in price. The house was on the market for less than $25 million, went down to $18 million, and is now back up at the $27.5 (I'm sure they'd take your offer of $27 flat).
