J.T. Hodges to Star in Hallmark Channel Original Movie ‘Finding Christmas’

Romantic possibilities are plentiful when country music star J.T. Hodges makes his acting debut alongside Tricia Helfer (“Battlestar Galactica”), Mark Lutz (“Ghost Whisperer”) and Cristina Rosato (“Perfect Plan”) in the World Premiere of “Finding Christmas,” a Hallmark Channel Original Movie Sunday, December 15th, 7pm, part of the network’s celebrated “Countdown to Christmas,” TV’s top holiday destination. 

In this romantic holiday film, sparks fly for two unlikely couples when an aspiring musician from a small North Carolina town and a New York City adman switch homes this Christmas season.

In harmony with the “Finding Christmas” World Premiere, Hodges will offer viewers a modern country take on the holiday classic “Joy To The World,” performed in the movie by Hodges and available now on iTunes. Hodges’ own arrangement of the classic marks the first time he has released a Christmas/holiday song in conjunction with a network film release.  The song is also be available now for streaming at www.hallmarkchannel.com/FindingChristmas.

JT Hodges is an artist who arrived into Music City - Nashville in 2010 and hasn’t looked back since. Hodges arrived with his original music style and a personality as big as his home state of Texas and immediately caught the eye of Music City.  It wasn’t long after that the sultry country music artist earned a place on a Country People Magazine’s list as well as a nomination for the ACM Best New Artist of the Year.
