School may be just around the corner, but Lawton's Arts for All is hosting one last summer camp for kids. The local arts nonprofit will host a free Kids Summer Arts Institute 2.0 from July 21-23.

Over the summer, Arts for All provided an arts institute for students from Lawton Public Schools. Now Arts for All is opening up the arts institute for any child entering 2nd through 6th grade.

Arts for All's free Kids Summer Arts Institute 2.0 will feature photography, music, drama and painting.

Young artists who attend Arts for All's free Kids Summer Arts Institute 2.0 will explore photography, music, drama and painting. The institute will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 21-23 at Carnegie Library, located at 425 SW B Ave in downtown Lawton.

According to a Facebook post from Arts for All, the arts institute will be a hands-on experience for kids to "inspire creativity, build confidence, and introduce young artists to a variety of artistic disciplines in a fun and encouraging environment."

Pre-registration required for the Arts for All free Kids Summer Arts Institute 2.0.

The art institute is sponsored by Arts for All and is free to attend. A sandwich lunch will be provided each day. Space is limited, and those interested in having their kids attend are encouraged to pre-register. Parents can register their kids by calling the Arts for All office at 580-248-5384.
