Luke Bryan Spreads Sunshine With Uplifting ‘Most People Are Good’ Video [Watch]
Luke Bryan is pushing back against all of the negativity of the modern world in the new video for his latest single, "Most People Are Good."
The country superstar captures a very special message in the song, which is the second single from his most recent album, What Makes You Country. The simple, but profound country song reminds us that while we see a nightly parade of bad news on television, the world is made up mostly of good people who are kind to others.
The video for "Most People Ae Good' underscores that message by intercutting footage of a diverse group of people, including young kids and senior citizens, just going about their daily business and taking joy in the little things that make life special. That's set against footage of doom and gloom from the news as Bryan sings, "I believe if you just go by the nightly news / Your faith in all mankind would be the first thing you lose."

Bryan ends up surrounded by a large group of happy people in the video, underscoring its central theme that even in darker times, there is more to like than not about mankind.
"I believe most people are good / And most mamas oughta qualify for sainthood / I believe most Friday nights look better under neon or stadium lights / I believe you love who you love / Ain't nothing you should ever be ashamed of / I believe this world ain't half as bad as it looks / I believe most people are good," he sings in the chorus.
Bryan is on the road throughout 2018 on his What Makes You Country Tour, which is hitting a wide range of venues including ballparks and stadiums beginning on May 31 in Toronto. Sam Hunt, Carly Pearce, Morgan Wallen and Jon Pardi are all joining Bryan for the tour.
